Delivery
In order to preserve the freshness and the optimum quality of our Chocolate creations, we have chosen to go the extra mile and deliver your orders right to your door steps. This procedure is not only to add convenience to our clients, but also to ensure that the chocolates are cared for, preserved, and delivered using all the required procedures and all the possible carefulness. All orders are packed in their corresponding boxes and kept in temperature-controlled cooler all the way during delivery. Our own cars and drivers are given the task of delivery and they are very well trained and informed with what is required in order to keep the chocolates in their best status and optimum freshness.
Depending on your location, orders are normally treated and delivered within a period of one week from the date of confirmation. Most orders are finalized within two or three days. However, please allow for a period of one week in order to ensure the correctness of your order and the proper delivery.
To ensure an accurate and precise delivery, you will need to provide us with a valid mobile number, a detailed address, and a preferable shared location of the destination address.
